The previously developers-only tablet, Google’s Project Tango, is now available for all to buy in the US.
Project Tango is a hard-working experimental tablet that features cameras and depth sensors that map the surrounding area to create 3D models of the environment. This’ll be cool and fun to fiddle with but also serves professional purposes for everyone from architects to archeologists.
It comes with 4GB of RAM to tackle the premium processing and it has a 7-inch display.
The Tango is now about half its original price, costing $512 on the Google Store.
